ORDERING

You can place your order online 24/7! Just browse through our website and when you see an item that you like, just click the "Add To Cart" button. When you are ready to checkout, just go to your shopping cart and proceed with the checkout process. You can also place your order via e-mail--just drop us a line at info@vivigirlshop.com.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You can also checkout using your PayPal account. When paying with Paypal, please make sure that the funds are being sent to sales@vivigirlshop.com. During the checkout process, you will be asked to select your payment method option. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

SALES TAX

Vivigirlshop.com is required to collect 7% sales tax on applicable items for all orders shipped within New Jersey.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

We take pride in being able to handle your orders as quickly as possible and orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you ordered an item that is on back order or temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified and we will provide you with an approximate date of shipment. Please take note that we do not process and ship orders during weekends and holidays. You can expect your items to arrive within 4-7 business days after the shipment date. You can log in to your account to check the status of your order.

You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and another e-mail when your order has been processed and shipped.

We ship throughout the continental US and international via USPS Priority Mail at the following rates:

*Continental US
- orders up to $149.99 - $5.99
- orders $150.00 and up - FREE

(includes delivery confirmation)

*International - $27.99 (This is a flat rate shipping fee. You will only pay $27.99 regardless of the weight, quantity or amount of your order. This does NOT cover the import duties and taxes.)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally through USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping time through this method usually takes about 10-14 days.

NOTE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS:

Please choose "Flat Rate" shipping method during checkout.

Please note that shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your customs office for more information.

We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We will not entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. Additionally, packages that are refused/rejected because of customs issue cannot be refunded. Again, it is the responsibility of the buyer to know and pay any customs duties/taxes imposed by their country.

FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY (AVAILABLE FOR JERSEY CITY CUSTOMERS ONLY)

We deliver to most parts of Jersey City for free! Please call us at (201) 706-3411 for more information. Minimum order must be $100.00 (before tax) and all orders must be prepaid either by credit card or PayPal. Our Jersey City delivery time is between 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM only. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If you are looking for a particular item and it is not in our website, let us know and we might be able to get it for you. Please note that special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We try our best to maintain an accurate stock level of our products, but due to unforseen circumstances, some products that you ordered may not be available. You will be notified immediately if an item that you purchased is not available.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustments can only be made ONCE and only within 10 days after original purchase date.

EXCHANGES 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will be happy to accept exchanges within 14 days from receipt date, provided that the merchandise is in unworn and unused condition, with the tags and/or any packing materials intact.

Vivigirlshop.com reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise is returned damaged, used, without the tags or original packaging. Exchanges received after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Please note: 
- We do not issue refunds.
- In-store purchases can be returned for store credit only, within 10 days of purchase. 
- Final sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
- The initial shipping charge is non-refundable except if there was an error on our part (we shipped the wrong size, item, color, etc.).
- Please make sure to keep a record of your tracking number as we cannot grant an exchange until our we have received the merchandise. We will not be responsible for merchandise that are damaged/lost during transit. 
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed. 
- Please note that vivigirlshop.com is not responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with your exchanges.

For orders that were returned to us without an EA # (e.g., packages that were not picked up at the post office or packages that were refused), a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If you want us to re-ship your order, you will have to pay the $15 shipping cost. Sale/discounted items that are returned will also be subject to a 20% fee**. 

**Fee is based on the price of the item/s purchased. 

Please follow these guidelines when exchanging merchandise:

1. Kindly contact us to request for an Exchange Authorization Number prior to sending back your purchase(s). Exchanges without the EA # will not be accepted.

2. Fill out the exchange authorization form and include it in your package.

3. Please securely package the item(s) and use the appropriate shipping boxes/packaging.  We will refuse an exchange if we receive items that are broken or damaged.

Accessing and placing an order on our website constitutes your agreement to follow our policies. We reserve the right to change our policies from time to time and we encourage you to refer to these policies on an on-going basis.
