Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will be happy to accept returns (for store credit only) and exchanges within fourteen (14) business days from receipt date, provided that the merchandise is in unworn and unused condition, with the tags and/or any packing materials intact.Â
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Vivigirlshop.com reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise is returned damaged, used, without the tags or original packaging. Returns and exchanges received after the 14-day period will not be accepted.Â
Please note:Â
- We do not issue refunds unless there was an error on our part (we shipped the wrong size, item, or color).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.Â
- The initial shipping charge is non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part.
- Please make sure to keep a record of your tracking number. We cannot grant a store credit or facilitate an exchange until we have received the merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transit.Â
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.Â
- Please note that vivigirlshop.com is not responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with your returns or exchanges.
For orders that were returned to us without an RA # (e.g., packages that were not picked up at the post office or packages that were refused), a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If you want us to re-ship your order, you will have to pay the $15 shipping cost. Sale/discounted items that are returned will also be subject to a 20% fee**.Â

Please follow these guidelines when returning or exchanging merchandise:Â
1. Kindly e-mail us at info@vivigirlshop.com to request Return Authorization Number prior to sending back your purchase(s). Returns or exchanges without the RA # will not be accepted.
2. Fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization form and include it in your package.Â
3. Please securely package the item(s) and use the appropriate shipping boxes/packaging. Â We will refuse a return/exchange if we receive items that are broken or damaged.Â
Accessing and placing an order on our website constitutes your agreement to follow our policies. We reserve the right to change our policies from time to time and we encourage you to refer to these policies on an on-going basis.
